- Reference Vault files in chat, presentations, and smart forms.

Why files in the Vault matter
Anything you put in the Vault becomes searchable and available to the assistant. Asking "What was in the Q3 board prep deck?" works because that deck is indexed alongside the rest of your content. The Vault is also the place generated documents and spreadsheets land if you choose to save them.
File types and limits
The Vault accepts a broad range of file types — see the full list. General files can be up to 512 MB, video can be up to 2 GB, and Office documents up to 200 MB. Executables and scripts are blocked for security.
Permissions
Files are private to you by default. You can share with specific people, your whole organization, or generate a public link. Sharing settings can be revoked at any time. See Sharing Files for details.
