Managing Meetings
Past and upcoming tabs, search, filters, and bulk actions.
The Meetings page is split into two tabs: Past and Upcoming. Search and filters apply to whichever tab you're on.
The Past tab
Shows all of your recorded meetings, newest first. Each row shows:
- The meeting title
- Date and time
- Participants
- A status indicator:
- Green check — recorded and processed.
- Red dot — MainBranch couldn't join this meeting. You can delete the failed entry.
- Spinner — still processing.
Click a row to open the Meeting Details page.
Multi-select and bulk delete
Hover any row to reveal a checkbox. Select multiple meetings (shift-click for ranges) and you'll see a Delete action appear in the toolbar. Bulk delete removes recordings, transcripts, summaries, and chats permanently. You'll be asked to confirm.
The Upcoming tab
Shows meetings on your connected calendar grouped into buckets like Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week, and so on. Each row shows:
- The meeting title
- Time
- Bot status (Joining, In waiting room, In progress, Done).
- A toggle to enable or disable recording for that specific meeting.
Clicking a row opens the calendar event link in a new tab.
Search
Use the search box in the toolbar to find meetings by title or attendee name. Search is case-insensitive and runs in real time. Clear the search with the × or Esc.
Filtering
Two filters live to the right of the search:
- Date range — Pick a start and end date.
- Attendees — Multi-select from a searchable list.
Filters apply independently to the active tab and don't carry over when you switch tabs.
Disabling recording for a single meeting
In the Upcoming tab, hover a meeting and use the toggle. Off means the notetaker will skip that meeting. Useful for one-off sensitive conversations.
Deleting a meeting from its detail page
Open the meeting and use the menu (⋯) to delete it. Same effect as bulk delete.
