Search Problems
This guide helps you resolve issues with search results and the AI Assistant.
Search Not Finding Results

Section titled “Common Causes”- Content not yet synced — New content needs time to index
- Permission issues — You may not have access to the content
- Content not in connected sources — The data source may not be connected
- Search terms too specific — Try broader terms
Troubleshooting Steps

- Check you have permission to access it in the source
- Try different search terms or phrasings
- Allow time for recent content to sync
- Check connector status if nothing appears
Recently Added Content Not Appearing
Section titled “Recently Added Content Not Appearing”Why This Happens
Section titled “Why This Happens”- Content must be indexed before it’s searchable
- Indexing occurs after sync from the source
- Processing time varies by content type
What to Do
Section titled “What to Do”- Wait 5-15 minutes for recent content
- Verify the content is in a connected source
- Check connector sync status
- Refresh and try again
Search Returning Wrong Results

- Include dates, names, or departments
- Try different phrasings
- Use follow-up questions to refine
Excluding Unwanted Results

- Add time constraints
- Name specific sources or document types
AI Assistant Issues

- Network connectivity issues
- Temporary service issues
- Browser problems
Solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Wait a moment and try again
- Try a different browser
Incorrect Information

- Check the source citations
- Verify in the original document
- Rephrase your question
- Ask for more specific information
AI Cannot Find Information
Section titled “AI Cannot Find Information”Possible reasons:
- Information doesn’t exist in connected sources
- You don’t have permission to access it
- The content isn’t indexed yet
- Your question is too vague
Try:
- Being more specific in your query
- Checking if the source is connected
- Verifying you have access to the content
- Waiting for recent content to sync
Responses Too General
Section titled “Responses Too General”If responses lack detail:
- Ask more specific questions
- Provide context in your query
- Reference specific documents or topics
- Use follow-up questions
Vault Search Issues
Section titled “Vault Search Issues”Files Not Found
Section titled “Files Not Found”- Check The Vault filters aren’t hiding files
- Verify the file was uploaded successfully
- Allow time for processing
- Try different search terms
Uploaded File Not Searchable
Section titled “Uploaded File Not Searchable”- Some file types may have limited indexing
- Large files take longer to process
- Corrupted files may not index properly
- Try re-uploading if issues persist
Meeting Search Issues

- Verify the meeting was recorded
- Check meeting recording settings
Transcript Search Not Working
