Visual Creator

Visual Creator generates images using AI based on your text descriptions, helping you create visual content for presentations, documents, and communications.

Visual Creator can:

  • Generate images from text descriptions
  • Create illustrations and graphics
  • Produce visual content for various purposes
  • Store and manage created images

Click Visual Creator in the App Drawer section of the sidebar.

  1. Open Visual Creator

    Navigate to Visual Creator from the App Drawer.

  2. Describe Your Image

    Enter a text description of the image you want to create. Be specific about:

    • Subject matter
    • Style and mood
    • Colors and composition
    • Any specific details
  3. Generate

    Click the generate button to create your image.

  4. Review Results

    Review the generated image. If it does not meet your needs, you can:

    • Refine your description and regenerate
    • Request variations
    • Try different styles

Specify the visual style you want:

  • Professional/Corporate — Clean, modern, business-appropriate
  • Illustrative — Artistic, stylized, hand-drawn feel
  • Photorealistic — Lifelike, detailed imagery
  • Minimalist — Simple, clean, focused
  • Infographic — Data-focused, explanatory

Include details about how the image should be composed:

  • Perspective (overhead, eye-level, wide angle)
  • Focus (what should be prominent)
  • Background (simple, detailed, specific setting)
  • Lighting (bright, dramatic, soft)

Create visuals for presentations:

Generate images for reports and documents:

Create visuals for newsletters and announcements:

Visual Creator maintains a history of your created images:

Your previous images appear in the sidebar, showing:

  • Thumbnail preview
  • Creation date
  • Original prompt

Click any previous image to:

  • View at full size
  • Download in various formats
  • Use as a starting point for new variations
  • Delete from history

Export generated images in formats suitable for different uses:

  • PNG — High quality with transparency support
  • JPG — Smaller file size for web use
  • SVG — Vector format (when available)

Generated images can typically be downloaded at various resolutions depending on your needs.

  • Use clear, professional descriptions
  • Avoid overly complex or cluttered compositions
  • Choose appropriate styles for your audience
  • Review images for suitability before use

If the first result is not perfect:

  1. Note what works and what does not
  2. Refine your description based on the result
  3. Generate again with improved prompt
  4. Repeat until satisfied

For a series of related images:

  • Use similar style descriptions
  • Maintain consistent color schemes
  • Keep the same perspective and composition style
  • Abstract concepts and illustrations
  • Stylized graphics and icons
  • Conceptual visualizations
  • General scenes and compositions
  • Text in images may not render correctly
