Deep Dive
Deep Dive is a comprehensive research tool that provides thorough, well-sourced answers to complex questions by searching across multiple sources.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Deep Dive is designed for when you need more than a quick answer. It:
- Conducts extensive searches across your knowledge base
- Synthesizes information from multiple sources
- Provides detailed, structured responses
- Includes comprehensive source citations
- Asks clarifying questions to better understand your needs
Accessing Deep Dive
Section titled “Accessing Deep Dive”Click Deep Dive in the App Drawer section of the sidebar.
When to Use Deep Dive
Section titled “When to Use Deep Dive”Deep Dive is ideal for:
- Complex questions requiring multiple sources
- Research projects
- Comprehensive reports
- Detailed analysis
- Topics where accuracy and thoroughness matter
For simple, quick questions, the main AI Assistant on the Dashboard may be more efficient.
Using Deep Dive

Open Deep Dive
Navigate to Deep Dive from the App Drawer.

Enter Your Question
Type your research question or topic in the input field. Be as specific as possible about what you want to learn.

Attach Documents (Optional)
If you have specific documents you want to include in the research, attach them using the attachment button.

Start Research
Click the button to begin the research process.

Answer Clarifying Questions
Deep Dive may ask clarifying questions to better understand your needs:
- What specific aspect are you most interested in?
- What is the primary use case?
- Are there particular constraints or requirements?
- What level of technical detail do you need?

Review Results
Once research is complete, review the comprehensive response including:
- Detailed findings
- Source citations
- Related topics and suggestions
Understanding Results

Section titled “Response Structure”Deep Dive responses are typically structured with:
- Overview — A summary of the topic
- Detailed Findings — In-depth information organized by subtopic
- Tables and Lists — Structured data for easy comprehension
- Source Citations — Links to original documents
- Related Topics — Suggestions for further research
Tables and Comparisons
Section titled “Tables and Comparisons”Deep Dive frequently uses tables to present information clearly:
